How soon will I get a booking confirmation?+
Most requests are confirmed within 24 hours. To speed things up, include your service choice, preferred date, and hair notes when you submit your booking request. The more detail you provide upfront, the faster we can confirm.
Can I request a specific date and time?+
Yes. Enter your preferred date and time in the booking form. If that slot is unavailable, we will offer the nearest alternatives. Book earlier for weekends, holidays, and popular styles like box braids or knotless braids.
What if I am not sure which style to choose?+
That is common. Pick the closest service in the booking form and add details in the notes field. Or message us first for a free recommendation — we will match you to the right style, duration, and price range.
Do you accept same-day appointments?+
Same-day appointments are sometimes available for shorter services. Call or text us at (480) 516-8909 for real-time availability. If same-day is full, we will recommend the next open slot. You can also book online for future appointments.
What should I do before coming to my appointment?+
